Spring (Air conditioning)

• Clean outdoor condenser coil
• Check Freon pressures
• Check all electrical components for loose connections, pitting and burn marks
• Check indoor air filter
• Check thermostat operation
• Check coil temperature
• Check temperature coming out of air registers
• Check temperature differential

Fall (Heating)

• Check gas valve and draft motor assembly
• Check flame sensor and pressure switches
• Check high limit switches
• Check indoor air filter
• Check thermostat operation
• Check heat ex-changer for cracks that can cause carbon monoxide poisoning
• Check temperature coming out of registers
• If heat pump, check Freon pressures
• All electrical components for operation
